If you have been cheated online then dial the helpline number 1930. Keep in mind that you should call from the same number from which your account and UPI are operated. By calling the number you will have to tell what kind of online fraud has happened to you.
Account gets blocked
After calling this number, you will never be asked for any OTP or CVV number. Here you will be asked about the incident and time etc. After calling this number, you can hope that you will get your money back. By doing this, the bank account of the cyber fraudster is seized, from which he cannot withdraw money. Till now crores of rupees have been blocked in bank accounts.
